Obama Issues Executive Order to Immunize INTERPOL from U.S. Laws
Last Thursday, December 17, 2009, The White House released an Executive Order Amending Executive Order 12425. It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other International Organizations as set forth in the United States International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945.
By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates - now operates - on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.(12/23/2009)

It dawned on me. It's freedom: An Austrian's WWII Story
Kitty Werthmann, 77, of Pierre, is president of the South Dakota Eagle Forum. She lobbies the state Legislature on family issues. She has lived in the United States since 1950 and has been a U.S. citizen since 1962.
Kitty Werthmann tells this story of her arrival in the United States:
I was processed in New York. I stayed in a hotel the first night, and the next morning asked the concierge for directions to the nearest police station. I asked if it was in walking distance, and it was.
I walked in and told the desk sergeant I wanted to register. He said, 'What are you talking about?' I said I wanted to register, so they'd know where I was. How would they find me if I broke the law? He said don't worry, they'd find me. And then he said, 'Lady, get the hell out of here.' I walked outside and it was a January day with a blue sky.
I looked up and said, 'What kind of country is this?' All of a sudden it dawned on me. It's freedom.(12/23/2009)

Excellent Analogy About Effects of Socialism
Great analogy and concise statement about effects of socialism: You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation. Beijing's plan to transform American debt into equity
If the U.S. dollar collapsed under the weight of proposed Obama administration trillion dollar budget deficits into the foreseeable future, holders of U.S. debt would face substantial losses that the Financial Times estimated would devastate Asians' hard-earned wealth and terminate economic globalization.
The basic idea is to turn Asian savings, China's in particular, into real business interests rather than let them be used to support U.S. over-consumption, Yu Qiao wrote, reflecting themes commonly suggested by Chinese government officials. While fixed-income securities are vulnerable to any fall in the value of the dollar, equity claims on sound corporations and infrastructure projects are at less risk from a currency default.(10/22/2009)

Net neutrality, as I see it, is the fairness doctrine for the Internet, she said. The creators fully understand what the fairness doctrine would be when it applies to TV or radio. What they do not want is the federal government policing how they deploy their content over the Internet and they want the ISPs to manage their networks and deploy the content however they have agreed on with ISP. What 80 percent of economists call Recovery is a Cover up. Trillions in losses papered over with trillions of phantom dollars printed out of thin air and backed by nothing produce nothing except the mirage of recovery. The dollar's dive and gold's historic high is no mirage. Gold doesn't lie.
In the Autumn Trends Journal® we dispel the recovery as fantasy and show how and why America and much of the world will plunge into the Greatest Depression. Tom DeWeese Speech: The Wrenching Transformation of America - What's Behind Sustainable Development
America is being regulated to death under the guise of Sustainable Development. The playbook is the United Nation's policy paper, Agenda 21 that was originally revealed at the U.N.'s Earth Summit in 1992. Sustainable Development is the globalist's complete plan for economic and social change.
So what is Sustainable Development? The Sustainablists insist that society be transformed into feudal-like governance by making nature the central organizing principle for our economy and society.
To achieve this, Sustainablist policy focuses on three components; global land use, global education, and global population control.
Keep in mind that America is the only country in the world based on the ideals of private property. But, private property is incompatible with the collectivist premise of Sustainable Development.
If you doubt that, then consider this quote from the report of the 1976 UN’s Habitat I conference which said: “Land …cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principle instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth, therefore, contributes to social injustice.”(10/19/2009)

LDS Apostle Says Religious Freedom Is Being Threatened
An apostle for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints said religious freedom is being threatened by societal forces intimidating those with religious points of view from having a voice in the public square.
In choosing my subject I have relied on an old military maxim that when there is a battle underway, persons who desire to join the fray should “march to the sound of the guns.”[i] So it is that I invite you to march with me as I speak about religious freedom under the United States Constitution. There is a battle over the meaning of that freedom. The contest is of eternal importance, and it is your generation that must understand the issues and make the efforts to prevail.
“Religious values and political realities are so interlinked in the origin and perpetuation of this nation that we cannot lose the influence of Christianity in the public square without seriously jeopardizing our freedoms,” Elder Oaks concluded. “I maintain that this is a political fact, well qualified for argument in the public square by religious people whose freedom to believe and act must always be protected by what is properly called our ‘First Freedom,’ the free exercise of religion.”(10/19/2009)

Launched in March by Las Vegan Stewart Rhodes, Oath Keepers bills itself as a nonpartisan group of current and retired law enforcement and military personnel who vow to fulfill their oaths to the Constitution.
More specifically, the group's members, which number in the thousands, pledge to disobey orders they deem unlawful, including directives to disarm the American people and to blockade American cities. By refusing the latter order, the Oath Keepers hope to prevent cities from becoming giant concentration camps, a scenario the 44-year-old Rhodes says he can envision happening in the coming years.(10/19/2009)

Unbelievable! 75 Percent of Oklahoma High School Students Can't Name the First President of the U.S.
Only one in four Oklahoma public high school students can name the first President of the United States, according to a survey released today.
The survey was commissioned by the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs in observance of Constitution Day on Thursday.
Brandon Dutcher is with the conservative think tank and said the group wanted to find out how much civic knowledge Oklahoma high school students know.
The Oklahoma City-based think tank enlisted national research firm, Strategic Vision, to access students' basic civic knowledge.
They're questions taken from the actual exam that you have to take to become a U.S. citizen, Dutcher said.(9/18/2009)

The satellite link that keeps watch on your children
Its vivid colour is clearly designed to appeal to youngsters. But this watch is really aimed at their parents.
For its key selling point is a satellite positioning system that locates the wearer to within ten feet.
The makers claim the GPS tracking device will offer anxious parents peace of mind and allow children the independence to go out to play on their own.

Uncle Sam Eyes Vehicle Tracking Tax
A Member of Congress proposes to use taxpayer money to fund the development of technology to track motorists as part of a new form of taxation. US Representative Earl Blumenauer (D-Oregon) introduced H.R. 3311 earlier this year to appropriate $154,500,000 for research and study into the transition to a per-mile vehicle tax system. The “Road User Fee Pilot Project” would be administered by the US Treasury Department. This agency in turn would issue millions in taxpayer-backed grants to well-connected commercial manufacturers of tolling equipment to help develop the required technology. Within eighteen months of the measure’s passage, the department would file an initial report outlining the best methods for adopting the new federal transportation tax.(9/18/2009)

President Obama's Unconstitutional 'Czars'
A czar is not subject to the Appointments Clause of the federal Constitution, under which officers of the United States are subject to Senate confirmation (advice and consent), and which applies to all Cabinet secretaries and many subordinate positions. That Memo had concluded that the President had authority to deploy the U.S. military against American citizens on U.S. soil. The Nexus Of Evil - Part 2 (Pre-Emptive Strike On Humanity
Real power is achieved when the ruling class controls the material essentials of life, granting and withholds them from the masses as if they were privileges.
In this second part in the series, I will show that around the turn of the 20th Century, manufactured deep-rooted changes occurred primarily in two quite separate realms; those of money and intellect, and how this alliance formed a `Nexus Of Evil,` which in it's service of the darkest forces of magic, has in this the first decade of the 21st Century, built a global control grid around our lives. And how by using what is nothing less than sorcery disguised as `New Age Metaphysics,` it has achieved complete hegemony over money, politics, religion, the media, big business, and education. It has subverted culture, rewritten history, falsified science, and by the expert use of the dialectical trap, has manipulated and coerced humanity into abject acquiescence and compliance, and is now preparing to deliver it's final blow which will plunge our world into a global conflagration of hitherto unimagined ferocity.(8/5/2009)

Let It Come!
During Patrick Henry's famous Give me liberty or give me death speech, he said the following:
Mr. President, it is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth and listen to the song of that siren, till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth, to know the worst and to provide for it.
Later in his historic speech Henry said, Three millions of people, armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as that which we possess, are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us. Besides, Sir, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle, Sir, is not to the strong alone. It is to the vigilant, the active, the brave. Besides, Sir, we have no election. If we were base enough to desire it, it is now too late to retire from the contest. There is no retreat but in submission and slavery! Our chains are forged! Their clanking may be heard on the plains of Boston! The war is inevitable. And let it come! I repeat it, Sir, let it come!(7/22/2009)

Financial Coup d'Etat
In the fall of 2001 I attended a private investment conference in London to give a paper, The Myth of the Rule of Law or How the Money Works: The Destruction of Hamilton Securities Group.
The presentation documented my experience with a Washington-Wall Street partnership that had:
Engineered a fraudulent housing and debt bubble; Illegally shifted vast amounts of capital out of the U.S.; Used “privitization” as form or piracy - a pretext to move government assets to private investors at below-market prices and then shift private liabilities back to government at no cost to the private liability holder.
Other presenters at the conference included distinguished reporters covering privatization in Eastern Europe and Russia. As the portraits of British ancestors stared down upon us, we listened to story after story of global privatization throughout the 1990s in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Slowly, as the pieces fit together, we shared a horrifying epiphany: the banks, corporations and investors acting in each global region were the exact same players. They were a relatively small group that reappeared again and again in Russia, Eastern Europe, and Asia accompanied by the same well-known accounting firms and law firms.
Clearly there was a global financial coup d'etat underway.(2/7/2009)

Last night, the Presidential candidates had their last debate before the election. The omission was probably excusable, since the financial landscape has been changing so fast that it is hard to keep up. A year ago, the Dow Jones Industrial Average broke through 14,000 to make a new all-time high. Anyone predicting then that a year later the Dow would drop nearly by half and the Treasury would move to nationalize the banks would have been regarded with amused disbelief. A new television ad focusing on Sen. Barack Obama's support for radical Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga has been produced by a political action committee called Freedom's Defense Fund. Obama fundraisers and donors raised in the U.S. almost $1 million for Odinga in the three visits the Democratic presidential candidate arranged for Odinga to make to the U.S. WND has obtained a copy of an agreement Odinga signed in August 2007 with Sheik Abdullahi Abdi, the chairman of the National Muslim Leaders Forum, that included plans for wide-ranging attacks on Christians.(10/22/2008)

Global Financial Meltdown: Sweeping Deregulation of the US Banking System
The 1999 financial sector reforms had set the stage for the current financial crisis. The 1999 legislation had repealed the Glass-Steagall Act of 1933, a pillar of President Roosevelt’s New Deal which was put in place in response to the climate of corruption, financial manipulation and insider trading which led to more than 5,000 bank failures in the years following the 1929 Wall Street crash. Effective control over the entire US financial services industry (including insurance companies, pension funds, securities companies, etc.) had been transferred to a handful of financial conglomerates – which are also the creditors and shareholders of high tech companies, the defense industry, major oil and mining consortia, etc. Moreover, as underwriters of the public debt at federal, state and municipal levels, the financial giants have also reinforced their stranglehold on politicians, as well as their command over the conduct of public policy.(10/19/2008)

Spying on Activists Discussed at Forum
The 53 men and women wrongly classified by the Maryland State Police as terrorists include two Catholic nuns, a Democratic candidate for Congress, a man who campaigns against military recruiting at high schools and one person who has never set foot in the state. They share a passion for peaceful political protest. But as the activists were invited last week to review their files before they are purged from state and federal databases that track terrorism suspects, their identities indicate that the 14-month surveillance operation in 2005 and 2006 targeted not just local opponents of the death penalty and Iraq war, as police claim, but a broader group.(10/13/2008)

Many of us were told in private conversations, that if we didn't pass this bill on Monday, the sky would fall, the market would drop two or three thousand points, another couple thousand the second day, and a few members were even told that there would be martial law in America if we voted no, he said on the House floor Oct. 2.(10/13/2008)

Economist: Expect Fed to lower Dow to 8,000 (2/08)
The Federal Reserve is directly involved in manipulating the stock market, said economic analyst Mike Bolser in a telephone interview with WND yesterday. Bolser argued the Fed's ability to manipulate the market by increasing or decreasing the pool of available repurchase agreements amounts to a stealth methodology where the Fed can now depress the market, while implementing a policy of lowering interest rates, which most economists would see as trying to stimulate economic growth and the stock market. In my view, the government intentionally desires a deep recession not unlike that of the 1930s, he continued. The Fed, however, dissembles, attempting to display the opposite impression with its rate cuts.(10/13/2008)

Wikipedia: North American currency union
The North American Currency Union is a theorized economic and monetary union of the three principal countries of North America, namely Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Implementation would probably involve the three countries giving up their current currency units (Canadian dollar, U.S. dollar, and Mexican pesos) and adopting a new one, created specifically for this purpose. The hypothetical currency for the union is most often referred to as the amero. Discussion of origins of amero concept and apparent misinformation circulating regarding actual creation of the currency. The concept is being advocated, although no real proof of the specific currency seems to exist.(10/9/2008)

Canadian and Mexican currencies will be exchanged at rates that leave unchanged their nations' competitiveness and wealth. In all three countries, the prices of goods and services, wages, assets, and liabilities will be simultaneously converted into ameros at the rates at which currency notes are exchanged. At the same time, the national central banks of the three countries will be replaced by the North American Central Bank.(10/9/2008)

Hate crimes legislation expected to be resurrected
The White House would have to review any hate crimes plan that would arrive on the president's desk from Congress, a spokeswoman said today. Here's ultimately what we expect, Mathew Staver, founder of Liberty Counsel and dean of the Liberty University School of Law, told WND at the time. The hate crimes plan is to be offered as an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2009 Department of Defense reauthorization bill. That's what the word is, that it's going to be offered as an amendment. Pro-homosexual advocates long have sought such a law, but opponents fear it would be used to crack down on those who maintain a biblical perspective that condemns homosexuality as sin. Observers note it would criminalize speech and thought, since other criminal actions already are addressed with current statutes. Canada already has an aggressive hate crimes law, and there authorities have gone so far as to tell a Christian pastor he must recant his faith because of the legislation that bans statements that can be perceived as condemning another person.(9/26/2008)
